Onboardings take forever. Processes live only in people’s heads.

You need someone who steps in, gets it – and gets it done.

My story – from hotels to high-growth

Before I entered the startup world, I worked in hospitality – in England, Switzerland, Canada and Australia.
That’s where I learned what real service, structure and resilience look like.

Then I moved into Office Management – and suddenly, everything I’d learned became extremely useful.
At GetYourGuide, I grew with the company – and so did my responsibilities and my team.

In 2021, I added a formal HR qualification and started building People Ops structures from the ground up.
At eyeo, I set up a scalable People Operations team.
At Medbelle, I laid the groundwork for sustainable growth by optimising and simplifying processes.

In 2024, I went freelance – to support fast-growing companies right when things start to overflow.

What I stand for

I’m the kind of person who doesn’t just observe. I take action.
I bring order into complexity and create clarity where there was noise.
